What Happens After You Order

Here’s what happens after you order your Private Water or Municipal Water Lab Analysis:

1. Order Confirmation: Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send a sales receipt to your email. 

2. We’ll Call You: Within 24-72 hours, our team will give you a call to schedule a time to collect a water sample from your location.

3. Expert Analysis: Our technician will visit at the scheduled time to collect a sample and perform a site survey. We understand that you might not have the time to sit around the house while we obtain the sample and do our walk-through. Luckily, an outside hose bibb or hydrant will allow us to collect the water samples we need to complete our comprehensive lab analysis.

4. Personalized Recommendations: Water analysis results can take up to two weeks to process. Once received, you will be given a detailed report along with an expert review of the results and any treatment recommendations.
